On the 9 March, 3 years ago, I invited my neighbors and friends to a Daffodil Day coffee morning to launch my business, The Carrot Cake Lady! My vision was and still is to provide simply delicious home baked carrot cake (and a few other flavors), for those extra special celebrations. I have also been supplying amazing specialty coffee shops in towns between Kildare and Lucan and become a coffee snob in the process! This year we celebrated our third year by hosting a jewellery party as a fundraiser for a missions trip to Malawi!!!! The support and generosity from those who attended was overwhelming! We had so much fun eating cake, drinking good coffee, chatting, laughing, trying on jewellery and hearing Sandy’s very moving stories about their work in Malawi!
A huge big thank you to everyone for their encouragement, support and kindness over these past 3 years. I would not be here without you! I look forward to seeing what lies ahead.
