This little carrot cake made it all the way up the mountain. It was such a treat with a cup of hot coffee especially as it was heavy going hiking in the snow.

I invited a few neighbours and friends for a coffee morning to raise money for Daffodil Day and to launch my business - The Carrot Cake Lady. We had fun, chatting, eating cake and networking. And we raised €270!!!! Thankyou to everyone who supported this worthy cause.
